Return Policy:

You can return items within 45 days of the ship date. Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return.

1. Contact us by phone or email so that we can authorize your return.
2. Send the item in its original packaging.
3. Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. No credit will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).
4. Include your original packing slip. We will not be able to process a return for any shipment received without a packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip please contact us for further instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: To help process your return please check the reason for your return on your packing slip. If you select Damaged, Defective or Other, please state the nature of the damage, defect, or the reason for "other" in the space provided. This will help us expedite your refund once we receive your return.
5. Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the United States Postal Service, please request delivery confirmation. Once the items are received in our warehouse we will be able to process your return. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to process once the item is received.
6. You will be given our return shipping address once we are contacted and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Products:

To return a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team by phone or email. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label and shipping instructions. Once we receive the item and have validated the damage/defect, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. For specific billing questions please contact Rakuten.com Shopping directly. Please note that all billing information is handled by Rakuten.com Shopping. In order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us, and we must be able to validate the damage/defect.
